Keith Maynard
Founder & CEO
Keith Maynard is the founder and managing member of Maynard CPA, PLLC. Keith grew up in northeast Oklahoma and made his way to Baylor University in 2005. After obtaining his Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Keith obtained experience at a national Big 4 firm, a large regional firm here in Waco, and then launched MCPA in August of 2020 with the mission to provide outsourced tax + accounting solutions to growth-minded businesses and individuals. When he's not at work, he enjoys time traveling, going to the lake, and spending time with his three daughters.

Karina Coronado is the Client Accounting Services Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting from Tarleton State University in 2013 and her Master of Accounting in 2019. Her background includes roles in cost analysis and FP&A. Karina is passionate about building strong client relationships. She thrives on helping clients navigate complex financial situations and partnering with clients to support their success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing barre and Pilates, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her two boys.

Supervising Senior Tax Accountant
Victoria Fonseca is a Senior Tax Accountant at Maynard CPA, PLLC, with a passion for helping clients navigate complex tax matters with clarity. Originally from Waco, Texas, she earned her BBA in Accounting from Tarleton State University in 2020 and began her career working alongside a CPA in Waco for three years while completing her degree. After receiving her Master of Accountancy from Tarleton in 2022, Victoria joined the Maynard team in February 2023, continuing to grow her expertise to better advise clients through challenging tax situations and becoming the culture leader for the team at MCPA. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys reading thriller novels, night running, and loves trying new restaurants around DFW.

Senior Tax Accountant
After graduating college, Nolan joined his grandfather's and mother's CPA firm in 2013 as a tax preparer. He quickly passed the exams to earn his EA (Enrolled Agent) credential, which specializes in income tax matters and representation for clients. After working several years for the family firm, he joined MCPA in 2023 and feels privileged to help individual and business clients. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, reading a huge stack of books, and exploring the great outdoors.
